Appointments are booked through our online booking system. Some treatments may require a deposit at the time of booking, which is deducted from the final cost of your treatment.
We kindly ask for reasonable notice if you need to cancel or rearrange, so we can offer your slot to someone else. Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment to avoid affecting other clients. Repeated missed appointments may require a deposit for future bookings.
Anti-wrinkle and dermal filler treatments are available to over-18s only, and new injectable clients must complete a consultation with Nurse Katie before treatment. A suitability check is carried out before laser and CryoPen treatments. We reserve the right to decline a treatment where it is not clinically appropriate.
Certain treatments, including tinting and some skin treatments, require a patch test at least 48 hours beforehand. Treatments cannot go ahead without a valid patch test where one is required.
Individual results vary, and we will always give you realistic expectations and full aftercare advice. Following your aftercare instructions is important to achieve and maintain the best results.
Gift cards are non-refundable and valid for the period stated at purchase. They can be redeemed against treatments through our booking system.
